My over 4-year journey with Giochi24 will come soon to an end. I will soon be ready for new challenges. I enjoyed my time from 2021 to 2025 in a small company in a highly regulated market. My role was different from my Web Presence (Head of Search & social role) at Lottoland. When I started at Lottoland it was no more than a start-up company. I liked the project, the person that interviewed (convinced me) to get on board on this project. I was one of the first 8 people. I decided to take the risk. Eight years after and many records and awards, Lottoland became the biggest player in the lottery betting niche.
The experience at Giochi24 allowed me to wear multiple hats I’ve never worn before. Some I enjoyed; others I didn’t so much, and I missed my technical day-to-day work. Nevertheless, I could broaden my experience in fields such as AML certification for online betting, project management coordinating external developers and UX/graphic designers, and supervising the acquisition of ISO certifications that are mandatory for the new gaming license in Italy. I also got my hands on proofreading contracts (localization) and negotiating domain transfers and acquisitions. Last but not least, being the board member of a company that was completely new to me.
